Sydney by Kayak is looking for a qualified and experienced Flatwater Kayak Guide or Kayak Instructor to join our team. You will lead sunrise kayak tours and corporate group paddles on beautiful Sydney Harbour. This role requires early morning availability, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for outdoor adventure.
You will be responsible for guest safety, kayak setup and pack-down, and capturing memorable photos for customers. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, friendly, and enthusiastic about sharing the unique Sydney Harbour experience.
